Testing conducted by Apple in September 2021 using preproduction 14-inch MacBook Pro systems with Apple M1 Max, 10-core CPU, and 64GB of RAM, and preproduction 14-inch MacBook Pro systems with Apple M1 Pro, 10-core CPU, and 32GB of RAM, both configured with 8TB SSD, as well as production 2.3GHz quad-core Intel Core i7-based 13-inch MacBook Pro systems with 32GB of RAM and 4TB SSD.
